How does our buffet work?

- Order unlimited dishes from the following options for 1.5 hours starting from when you receive the first round of food.

- All clients must order the same type of menu.

- Drinks and dessert are not included in the price.

- A penalty fee of €3 will be charged for each unconsumed food item.

- Menu valid for dine-in only.

- Sharing or taking food items out of the establishment is not allowed.

MIXED FLAUTAS

Four crispy corn tortillas filled with chicken, beef and potato. Can be soaked in green and red spicy sauce and topped with onion and panela cheese.

COCHINITA PIBIL

Handmade corn tortilla with pork marinated with annatto paste, bitter orange juice, and garlic. It is slowly baked during 6 hours. Topped with red onion.

AL PASTOR

Handmade corn tortilla with Al pastor meat, which is pork is marinated in a combination of dried chilies, spices, and pineapple. Topped with coriander, onion, pineapple and lime juice.

Suadero

Handmade corn tortilla with suadero meat.

BIRRIA

Handmade corn tortilla with Birria meat, which is shredded beef that has been slowly cooked and marinated in a combination of dried chilies and spices. Topped with coriander, onion and lime juice.

CHICKEN TINGA

Handmade corn tortilla with chicken tinga, which is chicken prepared with sliced onions, tomato and chipotle sauce. Topped with sour cream.

MUSHROOM TINGA

ARRACHERA

"Arrachera" is the name given in Mexico to a specific cut of beef that is very tender and flavorful. Served with avocado and pico de gallo.
